In 2007, metal artist Clark Ashton began creating sculptural furnaces to enhance his Commuter Gallery garden. Utilizing found objects, cast metal sculptures, and salvaged iron, Ashton constructs one-of-a-kind outdoor furnaces that are unique art objects.
